To download to your computer, you need a browser that lets you save audio files. I use Firefox. In Firefox, click on the file on my web page. It opens an audio player bar in the middle of the screen for the backing track. Let the track completely load, then click the pull down menu on the audio bar and select "save as source". Direct it to a location on your computer you wish to place the file. Some browsers may open a Quicktime, or similar audio program to play sound files. MOst of these let you save the files to your computer as well after loading.
